TRANSFORM THOSE LEFTOVERS with this EASY NOODLE STIR FRY!



We love this easy noodle stir fry because it transforms all your leftovers and comes together in a pinch. Substitute any protein you like (we used sliced ribeye) mix with pretty much any noodle (like frozen udon), a few simple ingredients and you’ll let us name your firstborn. Oh also, put some egg in it. Always.


Ingredients and stuff you'll need.


1 carbon steel wok

½ lb thinly sliced ribeye

1 packet frozen udon noodle, (use a electric kettle, heat up some water and soak noodle for 2 mins, then rinse and dry)

4-5 dirty scallions

¼ sad looking cabbage

2 stalks celery

1 small nub carrot

1 garlic clove

1 small nub ginger, about a tablespoon

2 eggs

Soy sauce

Oyster sauce

Shaoxing wine

Neutral oil

Garlic chili oil to taste
